ATLANTA, December 9 UPI)–the people who engaged in leisure-time physical activity are not able to produce significant health improvement with an increase in the activities of small, US health officials said.
A report published in the Centers for disease control and prevention of morbidity and mortality Weekly Report, published Thursday, said it includes several krida, like adults with arthritis, has a very high level of physical activity, there is no spare time.
"In 2009, adults with arthritis have 53 percent higher prevalence of no leisure-time physical activity compared to adults without knee pain," the report said. "The level of no leisure physical activity among adults with arthritis is significantly higher in every State and the District of Columbia compared to adults without arthritis. In addition, adults with arthritis accounted for 25 per cent to 47 per cent of all adults who reported no physical activity during leisure time. "
To reduce the prevalence of no leisure physical activity among all adults, physical activity promotion initiatives should target adults with the use of evidence-based interventions, tailored arthritis, health officials said.
