Exercise combined with a Vegetarian Diet for Blacks

The black population is diagnosed with diabetes doubles the risk than non-Hispanic white. To cure the problem and prevent risks, it is imperative that African Americans should choose a vegetarian diet for non-vegetarian diet and physically healthy.

Researchers Serena Tonstad from Loma Linda University have concluded that the vegetarian diet will make prevents them from diabetes but it's equally important that they should exercise three times a week.

Not only those African-Americans, but this recommendation can be extended to black Americans living in the US, the word Tonstad. U. s. Department of health and Human Services report also supports the findings of the research.

As per them, blacks due to weak immune systems are at greater risk, and can be diagnosed with end stage renal cancer or with a lower extremity amputation. The prevention gap is quite high in black than in no vegetarian-vegetarian black.

Tonstad said blacks, who took the diet vegetarian to enjoy, 70% reduced risk for getting diabetes and those who take dairy products but no meat they are on the edge of the top by 53%.
